"Had a bad experience with a company I've used for years but they no longer have a rep in town Long story short, their customer service, especially long distance, was severely lacking, cost me $$ & a lapse in coverage. Ginger Ross hooked me right up with all kinds of coverage at much better rates. She was patient, friendly and a live human in my town. I highly recommend spending time in Ginger's office.
